Privacy Policy
Effective Date: July 1, 2026
1. Introduction
GUILDA CYBER SOLUTIONS LLC ("we," "our," or "us"), a limited liability company organized under the laws of Florida, United States, operates the portfolio website for clothes designer Anastasija Butina located at butina.me (the "Site").
This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit the Site, how we use it, with whom we share it, and what rights you have regarding your information. Please read this policy carefully. By using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.
2. Information We Collect
A. Information You Provide Directly
When you submit the contact form on the Site, we collect the following information you voluntarily provide:
- Your full name
- Your email address
- The type of inquiry (e.g., custom clothing, costume design, collaboration)
- Your message
Providing this information is entirely voluntary. You may browse the Site without submitting the contact form.
B. Information Collected Automatically
When you visit the Site, our web hosting provider and server infrastructure automatically record certain technical information as part of normal server operation, which may include:
- Your IP address (used to enforce rate limits on the contact form)
- Browser type and version
- Operating system
- Referring URL
- Pages visited and timestamps
- HTTP request and response metadata
IP addresses used for rate limiting are held in server memory only and are not written to a persistent database. Server-level access logs are maintained by Hostinger, our hosting provider, as described in Section 6 below.
This Site uses Plausible Analytics, a privacy-first analytics service operated by Plausible Insights OÜ (Estonia). Plausible collects anonymous, aggregated page-view and interaction data — including the page visited, referral source, browser type, device type, and country — without using cookies, without tracking individual users across sessions, and without collecting IP addresses or any personal identifier. Plausible does not receive contact form message content, your name, or your email address. See plausible.io/privacy for Plausible's data policy.
We do not use Google Analytics, advertising networks, tracking pixels, behavioral profiling tools, or social media widgets.
C. Information Collected by Third-Party Services
Certain third-party services that support the operation of the Site may independently collect technical data when you visit. Please see Section 6 (Third-Party Service Providers) for details.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- To respond to your inquiry. Contact form submissions are used solely to reply to your message.
- To prevent abuse. IP addresses are used temporarily to enforce rate limits and prevent automated spam submissions.
- To understand how visitors use the Site. Anonymous, aggregated analytics (via Plausible) help us identify which pages and services are most useful, so we can improve the Site over time. No personal data is involved.
- To maintain and improve the Site. Server logs help us identify errors, security incidents, and performance issues.
- To comply with legal obligations. We may retain or disclose information where required by applicable law, regulation, or valid legal process.
We do not use your information for marketing, profiling, behavioral advertising, or any purpose unrelated to the above.
4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing or commercial purposes.
We share information only in the following limited circumstances:
- Service providers: We use a small number of third-party vendors to operate the Site (see Section 6). These vendors act as data processors and are permitted to use your data only as necessary to provide their services to us.
- Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required to do so by law, court order, or governmental authority.
- Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of substantially all of our assets, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you via a prominent notice on the Site if such a change occurs.
- Protection of rights: We may disclose information where we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of GUILDA CYBER SOLUTIONS LLC, its clients, or others.
5. Cookies and Similar Technologies
This Site does not set first-party cookies. We do not use cookies for analytics, advertising, session management, or user preferences.
Certain third-party services used to operate the Site (hosting infrastructure, image delivery, and analytics) may set technical cookies or similar storage mechanisms as part of their normal operation. Plausible Analytics does not set any cookies. For full details, please review our Cookie Policy.
6. Third-Party Service Providers
We currently rely on the following service providers. Each provider's own privacy policy governs their data handling practices.
Hostinger
Our web hosting provider. Hostinger maintains standard server access logs that include IP addresses, request metadata, and timestamps. These logs are subject to Hostinger's data retention and privacy practices.
Resend (email delivery)
When you submit the contact form, your name, email address, inquiry type, and message are transmitted to Resend, Inc. in order to deliver the email to the site owner. Resend processes this data solely to facilitate email delivery and does not use it for advertising or resale. Review Resend's privacy policy at resend.com/legal/privacy-policy.
Amazon Web Services / CloudFront (image delivery)
Portfolio images are served via Amazon CloudFront, a content delivery network operated by Amazon Web Services, Inc. (AWS). CloudFront may log IP addresses and request metadata for security and performance purposes. Review AWS's privacy policy at aws.amazon.com/privacy.
Plausible Analytics (cookieless page analytics)
We use Plausible Analytics, operated by Plausible Insights OÜ, to measure aggregate page traffic and interactions. Plausible operates without cookies, does not fingerprint individual visitors, does not track users across websites, and does not receive any personal data from this Site. All data collected by Plausible is aggregated and anonymous. Plausible's infrastructure is hosted in the EU. Review Plausible's data policy at plausible.io/privacy.
DeepSeek (AI-assisted draft generation — internal only)
When you submit a contact inquiry, our internal team may use an AI-assisted drafting tool powered by the DeepSeek API to help prepare a response. Only the following information is transmitted to DeepSeek: your first name, your selected language and inquiry type, and the text of your message. Your email address and all other personal identifiers are never sent to DeepSeek. AI-generated drafts are always reviewed and approved by a human before any reply is sent to you. DeepSeek is operated by Beijing DeepSeek Artificial Intelligence Basic Technology Research Co., Ltd. We recommend reviewing their privacy policy for details on how they handle data submitted via API requests.
Typography (self-hosted)
Typefaces used on this Site (Playfair Display and Inter) are downloaded at build time and served directly from our hosting infrastructure via Next.js font optimization. No external request is made to Google Fonts or any other font CDN when you visit the Site. No typographic asset causes your IP address to be transmitted to a third party.
7. Data Retention
We retain your contact form information only for as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry, and no longer than 90 days following our final reply unless we have a legitimate interest or legal obligation to retain it longer (for example, if you enter into a service agreement with us).
IP addresses held in server memory for rate-limiting purposes are cleared whenever the server restarts and are not persisted to any database.
Server-level access logs maintained by Hostinger are subject to Hostinger's own retention schedule.
To request deletion of your personal information, please contact us using the details in Section 12.
8. Data Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures include:
- HTTPS/TLS encryption for all data in transit
- HTTP Strict Transport Security (HSTS) with a two-year max-age
- Content Security Policy (CSP) to prevent injection attacks
- Server-side input validation and sanitization of all contact form data
- Rate limiting on the contact form API to prevent automated abuse
No method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially reasonable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
9. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information. These may include the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete information
- Delete your personal information (subject to legal retention obligations)
- Restrict or object to certain processing
- Data portability where technically feasible
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent
To exercise any of these rights, please contact us using the details in Section 12. We will respond to your request within a reasonable time frame consistent with applicable law.
10. Children's Privacy
This Site is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately using the details in Section 12 and we will delete that information promptly.
11. International Visitors
This Site is operated from the United States. If you are accessing the Site from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country of residence.
By using this Site, you consent to the transfer of your information to the United States as described in this Privacy Policy.
