How it works
Concept and brief
We talk through the event, the feeling you want to create, the guest count, and the venue. A mood board captures the agreed direction.
Sourcing and preparation
Materials, florals, fabric elements, and props are sourced. A layout plan is shared for your approval before event day.
Installation
I arrive at the venue ahead of the event to set up and style the space according to the agreed plan.
Event and breakdown
I remain available during the event for any styling needs. Breakdown and removal of decorations can be coordinated as part of the service.

Timeline
2–6 weeks depending on event scale
Large-scale or highly detailed events require more lead time. For weddings and major celebrations, reaching out 2–3 months in advance is recommended.
Pricing
Quoted per event based on scale, materials, and installation complexity.
A deposit is required to secure the date. Material costs are confirmed in writing before procurement begins.
